Schools’ Service Agreement
Effective Date: July 29, 2024

1. Introduction

This Agreement governs the use of the Master Chi platform by schools seeking to hire tutors. By registering on the Platform and making tutor requests, you agree to be bound by the terms herein.

2. Registration & Verification

All schools must submit required documentation via the profile creation menu for verification. Approval is required before requests can be made. Any verified institution may apply.

3. Tutor Assignment Process

Schools may request tutors for one or more subjects. The platform will provide qualified matches. You may accept or reject any tutor. Tutors may also decline offers based on fit or scheduling.

4. Communication Policy

Schools may communicate with assigned tutors via the Platform’s chat or direct messaging options but may not discuss payment terms or job offers outside Master Chi.

5. Payment Terms

Tutor engagements are billed monthly based on active assignments. Invoices will be issued at month-end and are payable upon receipt.

6. Replacements & Continuity

If a tutor exits mid-assignment, a replacement will be provided within 3–5 working days. The new tutor will be compensated for the month, and the school shall not be entitled to a refund.

7. Performance & Reporting

Master Chi conducts ongoing training, evaluations, and periodic performance checks on tutors. Schools are encouraged to report concerns via the platform's feedback feature, WhatsApp channel, or email: talk2mrchi@gmail.com.

8. Platform Use & Restrictions

Schools may not engage Master Chi tutors outside the platform. Attempting to do so will be considered a breach and may result in penalties, including permanent suspension from the platform.

9. Service Limitations

Master Chi provides tutors as a managed service but is not liable for individual conduct beyond the platform’s disciplinary reach. All complaints will be acted upon swiftly, with tutor reassignment when necessary.

10. Confidentiality

All platform materials, interfaces, and communications must remain confidential. Schools may not reuse content or system designs outside of authorized use.

11. Termination

This agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party. Master Chi reserves the right to suspend or discontinue service in cases of misuse or policy violation.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
